Meet Meredith

Meredith Erickson is a managing broker proudly practicing real estate for almost 40 years throughout the Greater Seattle area and the Eastside. Since she has lived and worked in the same region for so long, Meredith is always up-to-date on the latest trends and community intel. 

From the outset, Meredith goes above and beyond for every client to tailor a custom experience. She is fully committed to guiding her clients throughout what can be a stressful and emotional transaction process. Meredith is adept at customizing strategies for buying, selling, and investing while running the entire process seamlessly.

Meredith advocates education for her clients to arm them with the tools and information they need to make the right decision for themselves and their families. She offers a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge, thanks to her background and education. Meredith has a BA in Economics with a minor in Business and the Far East and Foreign Area Studies. Before real estate, she worked as a business analyst for Dun and Bradstreet, and then, after receiving her managing broker’s license, Meredith ran a real estate office for seven years.

Given Meredith’s multifaceted background, this trait is something Meredith excels at. She has worked out a range of problems over the years and looks forward to each day presenting unique challenges.
